• Delivery for orders under 2kg will be charged at £4.95 and dispatched by Royal Mail and delivered within 4 -7days.
• Delivery for orders placed with Alison at Home merchants will be charged at £5.95 and dispatched by Royal Mail and delivered within 4-7 days unless otherwise specified.
• Delivery for orders between 2kg and 30kg and Express Delivery Orders  will be charged at £6.95 and delivered by UPS on a tracked, guaranteed next day delivery service.
• Delivery for orders of between 30kg and 70kg  will be charged at £10.95 and delivered by UPS on a tracked, guaranteed next day delivery service.
• Delivery for orders over 70kg and for specified items of furniture on the website will be priced on request and delivered by courier within 10-15 working days. Bespoke items will take longer, where  delivery timeframes will be specified in each case in the product description.

If, for any reason, we expect the turnaround to be greater than the timeframes specified, we will endeavour to advise you by email or telephone. There are rare occasions where external factors beyond our control can delay a delivery – in these instances, we will do everything we can to ensure that your delivery reaches you as soon as possible and do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.
